What Matters Most in a First 1-on-1 Video Conversation?
Behavioral data shows what people do; this survey asks what they value. One question, eight fixed options, one tap — answered voluntarily and anonymously inside the product.
The Survey Question
Respondents see a single question — “What matters most in a first 1-on-1 video conversation?” — and pick exactly one of eight fixed options:
- Voice clarity
- Facial expression
- Eye contact
- Fast responses
- Appearance
- Conversation flow
- Video quality
- Background
How Responses Are Collected
The survey is shown to a small, randomly selected share of eligible sessions — never to everyone, and at most once per person within a rolling 30-day window. Answering is entirely voluntary: closing the prompt is treated the same as never seeing it. The survey collects no name, no account, no contact detail, and no other identifying information — just the single chosen option. Full rules are in the research methodology.
Sample Threshold
Results are published only after at least 200 responses have been collected and the aggregate shares have passed operator review. Below that line, this page shows the survey design — not results.
Currently collecting responses. This survey has not yet reached its response threshold, so no numbers are published on this page. Check back after the first collection window closes, or read the methodology in the meantime.
